2. The grate's drying ignition section, combustion section, and burnout section should have a good structural form to achieve complete combustion, with functions to adequately dry, loosen, and stir the waste, and possess good flame regulation performance.

3. It should have good adaptability to the characteristics of waste components, moisture content, calorific value, and seasonal and instantaneous fluctuations of waste. The grate should be easy to install, firm, and easy to maintain. The air-cooled grate bars are required to use materials that are resistant to thermal shock and corrosion.

4. For areas of the grate that experience strong thermal shock, such as the end of the drying point head section when there is a drop, forced air cooling or water cooling measures need to be taken.
