In recent years, based on the continuous improvement of energy-saving and environmental protection standards in our country, many new ideas and methods have emerged to achieve energy-saving and environmental protection effects. The layered coal bunker allows coal to enter the hot air furnace. The grate. Larger coal blocks are distributed in the lower part of the coal layer, while the coal surface and small particles are distributed in the upper part of the coal layer.Layered Coal BunkerThis allows for complete combustion of coal and improves thermal efficiency.

Currently, some boilers with layered coal bunkers have non-standard structural designs, mostly using traditional gravity-based coal bunkers. During the operation process, coal slides down due to gravity, resulting in uneven coal distribution, and the angle of the screen plate cannot be adjusted. In the operation process, it is impossible to control the time difference and position difference, and the handling of waste coal ash from the slag discharge port is relatively difficult, leading to excessive scattering of waste coal ash on the ground during the handling process, causing significant damage to the natural environment. Therefore, we propose a type of coal-fired boiler layered coal bunker.
The segmented combustion process is specifically suitable for boilers using a gate-type coal feeding method with a forward chain grate. It combines the coal spreading roller and the screening device to achieve segmentation of the coal entering the boiler and improve the uniformity and ventilation rate of the coal layer. When coal comes down from the coal storage through the coal chute and enters the coal spreading roller, the roller rotates and spreads the coal onto the screening device, where the coal is segmented, with large coal at the bottom and fine coal at the top, achieving the purpose of segmentation, making the coal layer evenly loose, reducing ventilation resistance, increasing the ventilation range and volume, effectively preventing the occurrence of fire holes and uneven combustion on the grate, and significantly enhancing the thermal intensity of the combustion bed and the degree of coal layer burnout.

4. Considering complete and undamaged combustion, smooth operation reduces the initial smoke concentration of the boiler, decreases localized high temperatures, and reduces environmental pollution.
