BiomassChain GrateThe boiler is collectively referred to as the DZL single-drum quick-install chain biomass steam boiler. It can be simply understood as a chain steam boiler that burns biomass. The chain rate refers to the automatic coal feeding, which slowly and evenly delivers biomass fuel into the furnace through the chain. The biomass chain grate boiler is a boiler product that burns biomass pellets, which are made from agricultural by-products such as straw, wood chips, and peanut shells. As a renewable resource, the raw material cost is low, and the price of biomass pellets is inexpensive, resulting in low operating costs for biomass boilers. Let's explore the advantages of biomass chain grate boilers together!

BiomassChain GrateThe boiler can be said to be a substitute for coal-fired boilers. Due to the strengthening of environmental protection policies, traditional coal-fired boilers have been canceled and eliminated. Users hope to find boiler products with low operating costs and high thermal efficiency, and biomass boilers have emerged in response to this trend, not only reducing costs but also meeting environmental standards.
So, what are the advantages of biomass chain grate boilers?
1. Because of the use of chain rate, we only need to put coal into the grate, and it can be delivered into the furnace through the chain. This saves time and effort compared to manually firing the boiler.
2. BiomassChain GrateThe thermal efficiency of the boiler can reach over 80%, while traditional coal-fired boilers have thermal efficiencies of less than 80%, further reducing fuel loss and operating costs.
3. The drum uses a single-return threaded tube, which further enhances the heat transfer effect. The threaded tube has a dust cleaning function, which can avoid carbon accumulation inside the tube.
4,Chain GrateThe side sealing structure is designed reasonably to avoid uneven air distribution on both sides of the side-sealed grate, preventing defects in the side sealing.
5. The boiler grate has an independent air adjustment chamber below, with air intake from both sides, using a curved arm spiral structure, achieving an adjustable ventilation cross-section ratio of up to 100%.
When the biomass chain grate boiler adopts the traditional layered combustion method, the biomass fuel has high moisture content, and the drying preheating takes a long time. The ignition of the chain grate is delayed, making it difficult to burn, resulting in poor boiler efficiency. The chain boiler developed based on the characteristics of biomass fuel has a simpler structure, easier operation, and relatively lower investment and operating costs compared to circulating fluidized bed boilers.
Due to the large area of the chain grate, adjustable grate speed, and the use of wind-spraying supply methods, the furnace volume has sufficient suspension space, presenting a combustion state of fuel suspension and layered combustion, which can extend the residence time of biomass in the furnace, facilitating the complete combustion of biomass fuel.
According to the characteristics of biomass fuel, which has rapid volatility and requires a large amount of air during combustion, a large number of secondary air spray outlets are arranged around the furnace, allowing for thorough mixing of fuel and air, ensuring complete combustion of biomass fuel and improving the combustion efficiency of the boiler grate. Sufficient heating surface in the furnace is configured to control the flue gas temperature at the furnace outlet, reducing corrosion of the high-temperature superheater.
