Due to the caking tendency of biomass fuel and the presence of metal foreign objects, the movable grate pieces can easily get stuck. At the moment of getting stuck, the reciprocating push-pull rod experiences significant stress, which acts on the movable shelf and can lead to its fracture. The broken movable shelf will move apart with the two reciprocating push-pull rods, which can freely rotate as they are directly inserted into the circular processing holes of the movable shelf. Therefore, when the reciprocating motion continues, the broken movable shelf is not on the same horizontal plane and cannot support this set of movable components, leading to the easy dropping of the grate pieces, severely affecting the operating cycle of the reciprocating grate. Therefore, a reciprocating grate suitable for biomass combustion furnaces is needed.

  In response to the issues raised in the above technical background, technicians provide a new type.Reciprocating GrateIt adopts the following technical solution: a reciprocating grate, which includes a grate piece set, where the grate piece set includes movable grate pieces, fixed grate pieces, and movable supports; the movable grate pieces are located above the fixed grate pieces, and the movable and fixed grate pieces are arranged in a stepped manner, with the movable shelf set at the bottom of the movable grate pieces. The reciprocating push-pull rod is connected to the support frame and movable shelf through bolts, forming an integrated structure. The movable shelf is set at the end of the bottom of the movable grate. The movable shelf has connection holes. The edges of the connection holes of the movable shelf are equipped with cylindrical protrusions. The reciprocating push-pull rod cooperates with the cylindrical protrusions, and the cylindrical wall of the protrusions has screw holes. The cylindrical protrusions and the reciprocating push-pull rod are connected by high-strength bolts arranged radially through the screw holes, making the reciprocating push-pull rod and the movable shelf an integrated structure.

  Among them, the support frame is equipped with limit holes, and high-strength bolts arranged axially pass through the limit holes to connect the reciprocating push-pull rod; the edges of the limit holes of the support frame have cylindrical protrusions. The reciprocating push-pull rod cooperates with the cylindrical protrusions, and the cylindrical wall of the protrusions has screw holes. The cylindrical protrusions and the reciprocating push-pull rod are connected by high-strength bolts arranged radially through the screw holes, making the reciprocating push-pull rod and the support frame an integrated structure. It includes a motor, where the output shaft of the motor is connected to a reducer, and the reducer is connected to the reciprocating push-pull rod support frame through an eccentric wheel.

By optimizing the connection settings between the reciprocating push-pull rod and the movable shelf, it avoids the defect of the movable shelf breaking, which leads to difficulties in supporting the movable grate pieces, thus solving the problem of easy dropping of the pieces, greatly extending the operating cycle of the reciprocating grate; 2. The reciprocating push-pull rod has bolts arranged axially and radially for fixing the reciprocating push-pull rod, support seat, and movable shelf, ensuring structural stability and long service life; 3.
