The grate achieves energy conservation and emission reduction by breaking up large clumps of waste during movement and pushing the waste forward, allowing for a more even distribution and leaving more gaps, which is beneficial for complete combustion. The waste enters the incinerator for burning, with the fan extracting primary and secondary air from the waste storage pit and the top of the boiler to assist combustion, ensuring complete combustion of the waste.
The chain grate needs to adapt to the new situation of energy conservation and emission reduction. Traditional chain grate boilers generally have two major problems: first, low energy utilization efficiency and serious waste. Especially for small and medium-sized boilers, which are numerous and have high coal consumption, the average thermal efficiency is only over 65%, with half of the precious energy wasted. Second, atmospheric pollution emissions exceed standards, causing serious environmental pollution, directly affecting human health and sustainable economic development. Therefore, our factory has conducted discussions on this issue and decided to transform the shortcomings of the grate. After painstaking research, we finally achieved results. The transformed grate not only complies with national energy conservation and emission reduction policies but also reduces heating costs and ensures heating quality. For chain grate boilers, the structure type, area size, and the quality of combustion conditions, as well as the rationality of the arch structure, are directly reflected in the carbon content of the slag, which is an important parameter.
