1. Chain Belt Grate
The shape of their grate pieces resembles chain links, connected by round steel to form a wide chain belt. The transmission of the grate includes gearbox transmission, intermittent hydraulic transmission, and thyristor stepless speed regulation transmission.
2. Beam Grate
The grate pieces of the beam grate are installed on the beams, and the grate pieces are not subjected to force. The beams are fixed on two or three chains, and the chain transmission generally uses the front axle as the driving axle, connected to the motor speed mechanism, with the front and rear
sprockets meshing, completing the operation of the grate.
3. Scaled Grate
The entire scaled grate has 4 to 12 parallel chains depending on the width. The pull rods pass through the pitch sleeves, connecting the parallel working grate chains to form a chain-like flexible structure. The grate chains are supported on the grate frame by cast iron rollers, moving along the supporting surface.
The grate clips are fixed on the chain pieces with pins, and the grate pieces are embedded in the grate clip plates.
