For example, the sprocket error for a 10t/h boiler is 12mm. During the operation of the boiler, the grate often tears over a large area, and the grate shaft bends. It must undergo major repairs, which is both time-consuming and labor-intensive. In addition, the first gas chamber is the preheating and drying stage of the coal. The required air volume is small, and it is generally closed during operation. Ash leakage is mostly fine coal, which is very easy to burn.
