  1. The structural steel of the boiler grate is relatively large, and the grate plates are installed on rigid crossbeams. The sprocket on the drive shaft drives the crossbeam to move through a chain, but the grate plates are not stressed, which provides good working conditions and makes it difficult for the economizer pipes to undergo thermal deformation.

Currently, beam-type furnaces are rarely used domestically, except for some old boilers.

The new type of boiler grate has the coal layer in contact with the entire grate surface, the chain is not directly heated, and it operates safely and reliably; the gap between the grates is very small, resulting in little coal leakage; the grates are thin, have good cooling conditions, and can be replaced without stopping the furnace; since the chain is a flexible structure, when the tooth profile of the sprocket on the drive shaft is slightly uneven, it can self-adjust its tightness to maintain good engagement. The disadvantages are: complex structure, high metal consumption of the economizer pipes, and the grate is about 30% higher than chain belt grates; when the grate is wider, the grate plates are prone to falling off or getting stuck. Currently, in the introduced technology, the layered combustion equipment is basically the aforementioned chain grate. With the introduction of advanced foreign grate production lines, the casting precision of the grate plates and the overall assembly level have greatly improved, which not only reduces coal leakage but also lowers the operational failure rate.

  1. The thermal efficiency of industrial boilers is above 77%, which is greater than the standard of "General Technical Conditions for Industrial Boilers."

  2. The operation has achieved mechanical automation, reducing the workload of boiler workers.

  3. After the boiler hood grate is quickly produced and transported to the application site, the application of refractory boiler grates is equipped with valves and instruments, boiler drums, induced draft fans, flue gas pipelines, economizers, dust collectors, and slag discharge machines. Coal feeders, water routes, etc. are operable and feature quick start-up and ignition.
