  1. Inclined Boiler Grate: The active grate's tail is placed on a movable beam, supported by rollers at both ends. The difference lies in the relative movement of the coal layer and the grate, applying the shape and measures of the grate to stir the coal layer, playing the role of a fire shovel for loose coal layers.   3. Irrelevant parts are not allowed to be left anywhere on the chain grate.

  4. Remember to ensure that the ignition door opens flexibly, the coal door rises and falls conveniently, and the distance between the coal door's left and right sides and the grate surface is consistent, so as to ensure equal thickness of the coal layer on both sides of the furnace. If the distances are not equal, adjust them with the adjustment bolts to make them equal. The cover plate on the coal gate should be tightly covered to prevent coal from leaking in and blocking the upward and downward movement of the coal gate.
