For waste with different calorific values, different air volumes are allocated to supply combustion air. An overlapping structure is set between each row of grate bars to prevent waste from leaking from adjacent bars, and there is almost no friction between the same row of grate bars; to reduce wear and improve the service life of the grate, elastic wear-resistant scrapers are set in front of the grate blades. The bottom of the grate plate is equipped with cooling steel plates, which have good cooling effects with primary air, making it difficult for the grate to burn.
